Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days after receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipment and will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping dates shown on product pages are estimates and may change. All pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
If you need available items sooner, email support@theprovideo.com before fulfillment to request separate shipping. Separate shipping may require an additional shipping fee, including for orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Any additional balance will be invoiced for your review and approval before the separate shipment. We will not charge an additional shipping fee without your authorization.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
